Having worked with the team at Gung Ho I was honoured to be able to work with them in refreshing their agency identity. Work up until this point had focused on the brands they work with, but it had been some time since they had turned the lens on themselves.
Most of Gung Ho’s work is based in comms, so they needed a real injection of engagement and consistentcy across their social platforms.
A super simple core brand palette was established, allowing any brand and product content to do all the talking.
However, choosing a supporting colour palette created a new challenge; something that could retain newness without getting outdated, while also not imposing itself and clashing with the brands Gung Ho work with. The solution was to use colour trends to dictate the palette, meaning that it would be ever-annually changeable and never go out of style.
